New Court System

Okay, Our old court was so disorganized, time to fix it up... Here is how it is going to work... You will be banned for one day upon being banned the next day you will be able to argue your case (this way we can set up your case) you will have a open statement, after that you will have to wait till given permission by a admin not involved in the problem, the admin or mod that is involved will also have to wait till they are given permission to reply... This will keep down the confusion. If you break this new rule the ban they wanted to give you will be charged upon your account, if the admin or mod fails to listen your case will be dropped.


you can reply when you see something along the lines of:

(your username) your reply...

after you see that with your name you will then be aloud to argue what the person prior has said.


If you are not involved in the case, do NOT post a reply.. you can PM the admin not involved but conducting the case your opinion...

You will only be aloud to post if you are called upon as a witness.

The conductor of the court will say something along the lines of

lets here what (username) has to say about this...

if you see that with your user name you will then be able to reply to the topic.

if you reply without being called upon you will be Banned for 2 days.

The court will go on for 2 days tops, then we will decide upon the information gathered.


I hope this makes cases easier to deal with and also more fair.

The end result will be decided both other admins not the one involved (only to keep it fair, dont get but hurt when you dont get to make the final call)

Thats how it goes for now on.

Actualy its only the members in the trial case usergroup who can post so make sure they are added to that group AS WELL as banned so they cant post anywhere else.
